Working from a specific menu of Mindfulness\u00a0Based\u00a0Skills,\u00a0clients learn to stay focused and\u00a0in &#8220;wise mind&#8221; as they approach challenging and often stressful interpersonal\u00a0roles.\u00a0By clarifying their Value Generated Goals (VGG)\u00a0they find the motivational power cell to move toward what they want, instead of retreating\u00a0from\u00a0what they fear.<\/p>\n<p>Integrating the latest advances of neuroscience with the ancient wisdom of the East, Mindfulness brings us to a more centered state of being where intentionality\u00a0tempers impulse and compassion eases judgment.
